MIDAS PRODUCTS MADE IN CHINA

I am a loyal customer and have been purchasing various items and service kits over the years from various Midas' stores over the country. But the experience I received at the Midas store in Rustenburg just made you lose a loyal and faithful customer. I wanted to return dud/dead sparkplugs that Midas sold me, and the person behind the counter refused to exchange them for me and blamed me for damaging them. I bought them a week ago and services my car over the weekend and immediately took them out as they were not working. He was rude, unhelpful and had a typical sarcastic, know-it-all, salesman attitude where a customer will never be right. I will never ever support Midas again either through my business or personal nature...and this only because a rude person refused to exchange **** that he sold me.
