Midas Port Shepstone Where is your sympathy

Midas Port Shepstone refused to issue us with footage of an incident (car accident) that happened outside their premises. They say the footage skipped the part where the other car reversed into our car.

Conveniently the other car Unipart works with Midas and was doing deliveries that day. incident 20th of June.

After investigating this matter, we have established that our shop camera isn't facing the road but our store that is why the shop was unable to assist you.
