Hi,

I bought a battery in Moroka Midas October 2021 and this year June 2023 I started experiencing problems with the battery that has 24months warranty. One morning in July it couldn't start nor turn on, it was just blank until some guy came to jump start me with jumping cables. September I went to the store and told them I'm having problems with the Battery and they tested it and told it's still ok.... What irritated me the most is that o got stuck with my family on our way to Mafikeng with my 6months old son around 01h00 in the morning and there was no one to help me... I went back again and they told me the same story that the battery it's ok... "I think their intention was for the warranty to expire and come with excuses.... Why didn't they take the battery to the supplier for further investigation? Today I bought a new battery and paid full price and they took the battery they claiming to be working... They are ******, *****s and robbing us... The service is nonsense

I will NEVER ever go there again.... Regards
