Midas poor service

I went to Midas Edenvale for a windscreen wiper replacement. Firstly they gave me the incorrect part, which was also incomplete. (admittedly not their fault). I went to return it and was directed to two different people, the second of which had a long queue. The staff member concerned continued to stare at is computer monitor and nothing happened bar a conversation on how to rebuild an engine. After 15 minutes I left the premises. I will never return. I will take the R120 loss. I have given one star as there is no option for no stars.
