Midas- Please Assist Me

Both of my main headlights blew on my car. I did have spare headlight bulbs in my cubbyhole which I wanted to use first. I went to Midas and spoke to a gentlemen and explained that the car headlights had blown and asked them if they could please replace them (spare ones I had). He asked if I bought the bulbs from them and I said no as I had spare in the car. I told him I was going to buy new bulbs from them to replace the new ones however before I could finish my sentence the gentlemen was extremely rude in his response.
