Midas paints makes me blue

In January 2018 I bought paint for the edge of my pool from Midas Tygervalley on their recommendation of which paint I should use. Shortly after we app**** it (exactly following the instructions) we discovered that the blue colour transfers onto anybody or anything touching it. I contacted them for assistance and Sean finally came to see me in March 2019 saying that he will get back to me about replacing/fixing the paint. I heard nothing from him for months and contacted him again in November. He responded that they are in a court case with the supplier. This however does not remedy the embarassing issue I have of colouring all my guests blue! I asked for further feedback and he said he would follow up, but that was 8 days ago and he still hasn't provided any further feedback. This paint cost me over R1000, so I expect them to replace it. Also, since I had to pay someone R1000 to apply it, I expect them to also pay someone to redo this laborious job!
