Midas online is pathetic

Midas online, stay away from them, rather do purchases in store, 21/06/22 purchased item online and after payment went off I saw my order was canceled, tried calling about 20 times just rings, no answer. Email support.... No response...... Managed to get hold of them 1 week later via Facebook with little success as no one is even helpful. Pathetic service and thanks for trying to ***** my money even after providing proof
