Midas not customer care or after sales service.

I purchased goods from Midas but in a town in another province. The goods did not fit my requirement, remained unused in box. I now try to return these goods to a Midas closest to my residence. The local Midas does not want to process the return as they did not sell it to me. I tried to contact Midas Customer care to no avail they don't even respond after 4 reminders.
