Midas Newcastle Sux

A person can not complain about the service at Midas Newcastle, because there is no service!!! I requested a quotation for a list of tools (>R25000) between Christmas 2019 and New Year 2020. The salesman said that they would contact the rep in the new year and contact me back. On 7 January 2020 the salesman called me to say that the rep says the part numbers do not exist. I drove to the Midas branch and showed the salesman the exact part numbers as per the latest online catalog for the tools. Again he said they would call me back. To date, without fail, I have returned to the store on a weekly basis and received nothing but excuses. Not even the store manager/owner can give me answers. Pathetic, to say the least!!!
