Midas Mthatha is good as dead! Close the franchise please!

I bought lock nuts at Midas Mthatha, the very sameday the key broke while I was fixing it. I drove to the store for a formal complaint and they referred me to Fitrite to have the nuts removed and they paid. They promised to replace me with new lock nuts. It was early this month, we are now approaching month end and my car is at risk of losing its mags from *******. The mags costed me R22 000. If anything happens, will Midas take responsibility? I am 130km from the store. (York Rd). No nuts, no cash! Just keeping a slip and a packet!
