Midas Meadowlands management is useless

Midas Meadowlands management is useless. I came here on Saturday 29 February 2020 to buy a simple thing, brake pads. Now I am told to buy another set of brake pads. Firstly, the employee supplies a wrong part. I am told that I cannot be helped because the person who is at fault is not at work. If that's the case, then what's management doing at work if they cannot resolve such issues. How does a manager tell you that we have to wait for someone that reports to him? Then the manager has the audacity to tell me that we must stop getting mechanics that don't know their story. This is where you see that some managers do not know the contents of the CPA...Midas SA, are you training your managers?
