<p>Glow plugs purchased on 11/08/2016 faulty. Midas JP Spares refuses to replace even though Midas advertise a 12 month guarantee on all parts on their site.</p> <p>in the first place wrong parts were supp**** to us which resulted in us incuring cost having to travel 240km back and forth to mechanic to return wrong parts and return with correct parts.</p>

It would like to know how long this complaint will take to be resolved as it has been 8 days and the only reply I have received is that the matter will be investigated, and have not received any more communication. In the meantime my car's engine is being damaged due to faulty glow pluggs supp**** to me by Midas J P Spares,which they refuse to replace.
