Midas Jabu Super Service

I went to get parts for my car and however i struggled a bit with the back staff up until Jabu took over and went over hills to assit me, to some extent, he even spoke to my mechanic to find the correct part for my car, he is an exceptional employee, later i called because i bought a wrong part, he gave me his cellphone number to whatsaap him the sample as i am based in Jhb, based on the picture i sent him, he was able to get the correct part, i must say Jabu is very special any company would be happy to have such an employee, infact he deserves to the one managing that place, when i complained about the cashier unable to process the transaction because the code was wrong the branch didn't even bother to apologize, the 5 star rating is purely because of Jabu, this was 2 weeks ago, i felt i needed review them.....Jabu all the way
