Midas in Atlantis incapable of picking up a phone

The Midas in Atlantis has very poor service when it comes to phoning them. I've stayed in Atlantis for 6 years now and never ever , not once did they ever pick up their phone when I do an enquiry. I have to call the branch in melkbos or table view to ask if they know if the one in Atlantis may have stock. I went and asked if their phone works , the guy laughed and said yes we just busy. But there's people standing around not doing anything. I've called the head office too, they just say they will tie in with them but they still never answer the phone. My car isn't always working which I why I need help from them. I have to walk till there just find out they don't have stock, when I could've just called and they could've answered. Please please sort this matter out, it's ridiculous. Appoint someone then to just answer the phone, I don't think I'm asking alot here.
