Midas guarantee means nothing
The 24 month guarantee on a Midas battery means nothing if you dont know which branch sold it to you. We bought a crane 2nd hand and the battery packed up last night. Took it to Midas Kathu but the usual reply was that they only sell Dixon Batteries. Phoned Head Office to no avail. How am I supposed to know at which branch the previous owner of the crane bought the battery from?
