Midas Generator

I bought a Swift generator from Midas Groblersdal just before Christmas. Took it back numerous times since. First time was the same day i bought it. Now it starts giving mayor problems. I was very patient until now. Now they tell me the warranty is 1 year OR 100 hours. The 100 hours was never mentioned to me. Due to loadshedding, the 100 hour has been exceeded. I am even willing to pay for the repairs, but need it same day back, as i sleep with a cpap machine that i can't go without. And even said that if they can't do same day, i would accept a loan unit. Phillip at the branch was very rude and JP, the manager only had excuses with no resolutions. They just keep saying the Swift supplier never informed them regarding the 100 hour warranty. I bought a NEW generator from a REPUTABLE supplier for the SERVICE and warranty.
