Midas Elardus Park

On 5 January 2021 I took my 1994 Nissan Sentra to the workshop at Midas Elardus Park. The name of the man that was supposed to do the repair work on my vehicle is Henry. I explained to him in detail what was wrong with my car. I explained to him that the vehicle has a problem with the carburetor and the alternator. My feul consumption was ery high and the vehicle idled at 2000r/pm. The battery light also came on now and then but the battery is only a year old. I even suggested to Henry what might be the causes of the problems. I do know a bit about cars as my dad taught me and he was an engineer up untill his death not even a month ago. I went to fetch my car, the timing was set right. I asked Henry about the alternator and he said nothing was wrong. A week later the carburetor started acting up again. I went back to Henry. At first he disputed the problem until I showed him on blac and white all that I have recorded in my petrol book for the past three years. Eventually he stopped arguing and found the problem. That same week the battery light came on again. I went to another workshop and asked them to test the batery and to have a look at the alternate. The gentleman informed me that no repair work was done on the alternator as requested by my on 5 January 2021. On 2 February I phoned Henry and he admitted that he did not work on the alternator. The next morning I saw that Henry left me a voicemail. When I listened to it he was yelling and cursing the ugliest and vulgar words at me. I recorded the voicemail. That afternoon on 3 February I went to Deon the owner of Midas. He was nonchalant and gave me his cellphone number to forward the vulgar message to him. He said that he would find out what was going on from Henry and contact me on 5 February. Today is 26 Febŕuary and I have not heard anything from Deon. Never ever support Midas Elardus Park. If I could I would uploud the message I recorded. If an owner of a business (Deon) have no respect for the clients that bring in the money for his business, then it explains why that person do not care how a client is treated by hiring employees that treet woman the way Henry does.
