MIDAS doesn't care

I have tried the Midas viking number *** probably 20 times, each time it rings a few times and goes to voicemail, twice I called and it went directly to voicemail.

I called the so-called "customer care" line on *** a further 15 times altogether and it rings and says the person at extension 6238 isn't available. Forget bad service, i cant even reach Midas at all.

If you don't answer phones then don't bother putting numbers online. All this for a simple quote.

On top of that, the store locator on their website doesn't even work.
