Midas Broadway Your Area *****

I needed to replace my daughter cars front brakes. I took the car into work and stopped by Midas Primrose and spoke to Chappie. What an awesome person so bubbly, he said they had no stock but to be careful as their are 2 sizes for this car and difficult to match up. I then called Midas Broadway from work and and they said they have stock. I popped down and was asked to bring in a sample. The branch manager there happened to assist and said my sample matched. I immediately noticed the second set had a clip attached. I asked him what about that and he said 100% our car has the clip on the right hand side (i was in the company of 2 people who can confirm this). I bought the brakes on his guarantee only to find at work my mechanic showed me our car has not got the clip. I went back to get a refund and instantly the manager turned rude and abusive and told me to take the brakes and get out the shop as there is nothing wrong with the brakes. he said all their brakes have the clip to which I rep****, possibly the Ecoboost Fiesta has Ford only brakes hence the no clip. He just refused to listen and chased me away. I have filed an abuse complaint with Midas Head Office (Mohamed) to see what comes of that.

As long as I live I will inform everyone not to go to Broadway Midas as no return policy while their staff lie to get the sale.

I implore everyone never to use Midas Broadway as they turn nasty when you come back for a refund.
