MiDAS Broadway Manager tells me to Jerk Off

<p>Hello Peter</p> <p>Saterday afternoon 22/07/2017 i visited a Midas_ Broadway (Johannesburg _South Africa) to buy a new battery for my BMW 320i.Fortunately i was served by a Manager, so i handed my old original BMW battery as a sample and i was also told with the old battery you get a R250 discount(trade in), so did i. I paid R1449 for my "BRAND NEW" battery i off i go. My car at the time had been with the mechanic so i took the battery to. When he was done with my car he fitted the battery and realised it was not working but Midas was already closed at the time. Sunday Morning i had to go to the office to open for the Cleaning Service to clean our carpets so i asked the guy to jump and i will return the battery when i return from work. At work the battery died and i phoned Midas Broadway and explained...All i needed was for them to send a driver to drop a new battery, the Manager refused and insisted there was something wrong with my terminals so if i think its his battery i must bring to the store(which he knew i couldnt as my car is dead without a functioning battery)..i sat there the whole day despite me informing him that every minute i spent there i was losing money and i had promised to see my almost 2year old daughter , so he went against my wishes and left me to rot insisting i get there, he doesnt care how...I spent a night in midrand as i was stranded and couldnt abandon my car..i paid for hotels, rented a car for a day to see my car, the guy couldnt care less and told me to Jerk Off....I woke up this morning to a Midas in Midrand they organised a driver to me, tested my battery and realised it had dead cells, not only that, they realised it was an expired battery that should was out of Willard Warranty, not only that, they realised it was a 652 and my BMW original size was 668...they said they cant help but they would if the battery was under Warranty so they helped call Midas Broadway and he was rude to them(his own collegues) like he was to me but they managed to convince him to send a driver atleast with the new battery and they fitted for me, he didnt care if i was able to fit it or not..I lost another day , missed work, missed client meeting , lost money and i missed a big briefing with COGTA...HelloPeter help me im defeated ive never been disrespected by another man like this....</p>
