Midas branch, Huge road, Port Elizabeth

I went to Midas in Huge road, Port Elizabeth and bought lock nuts for my vehicle. Try fitting them on and the thread was different. Without me knowing this I tighten it and stripped it. Went back and the service was not impressive. I alway try to use this branch as this is the closest to me but end up driving much further to te next branch in Goven Mbeki or Newton Pa where I always get what I am looking for. This branch is a disgrace to the Midas franchise as they always tell me that they are waiting for stock or do not stock the item. The lady at the till always look so unhappy in her work and makes a person feel uncomfortable. For these simple reasons I will not be supporting Midas again. I have found a different franchise company that over better service, knowledge and friendly services at the till. As it is always costing me on extra fuel to travel up and down in between the Midas branches to get what I need I will be using my new spares shop that can assist me. Sorry Midas but you will have to upgrade the branch in Huge road, Port Elizabeth to satisfy your client.
