Kempton Midas has poor customer servce

Kempton Midas is ****, I bought a willard battery a year and 9 months ago and the battery has a warranty of 25 months as set by willard on all their batteries. The battery has since started giving me problems in the morning and I have taken it in for a test at Kempton Park Midas where they since gave me a loan battery. I took my battery in on the 2nd of March 2020 and until this day they giving me the run around. Midas is customer services is also useless as i called them on friday the 13th of March to try and have the issue resolved and they have since put me on hold.... I would advise for everyone to consider buying their products else where due to poor customer service.
