Just lost a customer

I placed a telephonic order on Sunday with Kegan for glow plugs for my bakkie, he said they would arrive by 16.00 on Monday afternoon. I phoned at 16.00 on Monday afternoon and they had not arrived, Kegan said he would call me back as soon as he had them in his hand. Didn't hear from them on Tuesday nor until I phoned again on Wednesday morning. When I phoned to find out I was told that they had a problem at head office with their orders. <br> <br> I cancelled the order and called Autozone at Rock cottage and got my parts the same afternoon, they also had to order them in.
