Jaymee's Midas Disgusting service

Went in for basic service parts. Staff member takes down year, make, and model of car and proceeds with getting the parts. Half an hour later we get the parts. While in the process of servicing the car I determined that the wrong spark plugs were given, so naturally I went to have them exchanged for the correct ones. Staff member is adamant that these are the right spark plugs and eventually after giving them the car's details a third time they determine they had indeed given the wrong ones. Management is rude, disrespectful, unapologetic and almost useless. Not once did any of the staff or management apologize for their mistake but rather treated the situation as if it was my own fault. Disgraceful service, save yourself time and money and buy elsewhere.
