Incorrect parts sold.

I went to Midas (formerly Team Car Spares) at Church Street Polokwane on 25th October 2019 looking for Steering wheel reck ends as recommended by tyre fitment company. Explained to the Salesman (Lawrence) what I wanted and he gave me. After fitment, I found out they are actually not reck ends but tyre rods and the car repair people had already fitted them. Went back Midas but the Store Manager was not helping. She raised her voice whilst speaking to me and was pointing fingers at me. She even refused to give me Area Manager’s contact details. The Salesman also refused to give me the Store Manager’s name and told me to ask her whilst she just disappeared to the back of the store. I’m really disappointed by Midas customer and level of knowledge on the products they sell. I expect the Sales People to know their products as we as customers will not always know how the products look like so we can argue. We trust them as Salespeople to give us the correct items the first time.
