incompitent abd bad custumer car

I bought wrong bulbs on wensday ,thursday morning return them have a right on as a sample still they manage to give me the wrong one having a sample to compare to ,i always buy my car parts from midas mokopane ,going there with sample ,is the best this to do ,but not in midas midrand 3 people checked the bulbs ,but still manager to give me the wrong thing ,i would expect them to know what they are doing clearly not ,buying parts there is time consuming and very expensive since i must go there several times now
