The staff from middas in potchefstroom are ***********. A month ago I purchased service parts for both my vehicles . When I phoned I gave the make and model of my car. THey told me to replace my petrol filter wich is internal by the way..... they also gave me the wrong air filter .... I had to pay more .... yesterday I bought brakes for my car . I gave them everything and they orderd the brakes. And guess what wrong breaks. AGAIN. I SUGGEST YOU TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES CAUSE THEY ARE COSTING ME TIME AND MONEY. ITS PATHETIC REALLY. ..... and worst off all is they are rude whenever you phone or go into the branch . No sense ofsservice.
