I bought a car battery in November 2023, and the battery stopped working in May 2024. When I got to the shop and they said they could replace the battery due to physical terminal damage. They went further to assume I have been swapping the battery around in many cars. The reps name is Neville and he was very rude and also did not want to give us a written report until we insisted he gives us one.
