How does it take to buy a new battery at Midas Vanderbijlpark.

Today I went to Midas Vanderbijlpark to get a qoute for new battery. I was given a qoute and I was happy about the qoute. At aroung 14H40 I went back to purchase the battery. I parked there and took the old battery out of the car, went inside and i given receipt for the old battery. I went to the counter and was told the battery is available but to my surprise I had to wait until 15H22 because of the reason known to them before I could for the battery. I had to leave because I was running out time and had to back to work. I left my there because there was no battery inside the car and had to walk back to work.
