Horrible service from Midas pretoria west Manager

I bought a battery in 2021 and my car doesn't start with that battery anymore i went to Midas Atteridgeville to return the battery they told me that they have a new owner and I must go to Midas pretoria west to return the battery when i get there the Manager told me that he can't take the battery because it is not the kind of batteries they sell this is horrible and not making sense because the slip and the marker on the battery is Midas and still under warranty howcome the staff at pretoria west said it might be *****. The sales personthat sold me that battery confirmed that midas was selling those Batteries. Please assist i need a new battery.
