Horrible Service

I visited Midas Rivonia shop and bought the service part and they never packed the air filter. I then returned and spoke to one of the ladies she told me I need to wait for them to do and stock take and then they will decide whether they will refund me or not.I’m really disappointed am I don’t think I will even buy or refer anyone to Midas .This was such an inconvenience to me me because I added up buying a new air filter as I waited over two week for them to do a stock take.They didn’t even bother to contact me to update me.

Until this day I’m still waiting for their call and the worse part I had to suffer because of their negligence and the lady I dealt with was so rude and made me feel like the mistake was my fault.
