Horrible experience.

Once again a horrible experience from Midas in tokai. First it was with the car cover they refused to refund after I bought it and it was damaged. Now I go there to buy a service kit (oil, air filter, oil filter ect.) and they only had two of the 4 spark plugs (fair enough. Not a big deal) I then went to another company to buy the other 2 spark plugs only to find that the whole kit midas had sold me was for the incorrect car! I went back there to find out what the hell is going on and their manager just sits there and doesn't even look up. What if I had installed the incorrect parts to the car?

They didn't even have the decency to offer a discount on the ACTUAL parts after I had driven to town then back to tokai to get the correct parts.

The staffs attitude is absolutely disgusting.

I already had midas in tableview force them in the past to do their job correctly.
