Great Service from Micheal/Mike at Midas King Williams Town
I purchased a car battery from Midas King Williams Town in May 2024, but unfortunately, by May 2025, the battery had become faulty. I had also misplaced the original slip, which made the situation more difficult. At first, Micheal was understandably sceptical about assisting without proof of purchase. However, after I spoke to the manager and got the go-ahead, Micheal truly went above and beyond to help me.
He handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and a great attitude, ensuring that I was assisted fairly despite the initial setback. It’s not always easy dealing with warranty issues, but Micheal made it as smooth as possible once things were clarified. He deserves real praise for the way he turned the situation around and delivered excellent customer service.
