faulty parts

Bought a clutch kit from Pieter st Midas on 22/05/15<br> Put it in car <br> Pressure plate don't release clutch plate <br> PhonePieter he told me i must bring the clutch kit back he will exchange it for another one <br> Next morning take the gearbox out <br> When i took the clutch kit back Pieter told me that he cant give me another one they must first send the clutch away for testing That is not acceptable <br> I just started the car and there were no gears didn't' drive the car at all <br> I must now hire a car for my client<br> I spend between 50000 and 80000 thousand rand every month at Midas and that is the service that i get <br> I am not going to leave it there going to get legal help <br> I hope it is just this Midas that sell parts and they tell you there is a guarantee on parts but if you take it back they have alto of unacceptable story's <br> I am going to contact Valeo all so to find out why this is a faulty part
