Faulty Brake pads

On the 30th of October 2015, I went to TyerMart to inquire about brake pads installation. They checked my car and recommended that I should go to Midas, which is located right next to it, and buy new brake pads and discs for the front wheels. I did that, it was installed. Within a week i had funny sounds from the front wheels. I took the car back to TyreMart for the problem to be solved. They checked the car and advised that i should go back to Midas because they suspect that the products which they had sold to me could be faulty. When I got to Midas, I explained the situation to them. The salesman told me that I should buy a new braking system instead, take out the ones that I had bought so that they could take the products that I had bought back to Bosch to have it checked. I then decided to take the official from TyreMart, an accredited installer, to explaine to the salesman his suspicions with the products sold to me. It didnt help. I could not afford to buy a new braking system after having bought one within a week, i could not afford that. Why did they not get someone from Bosch to come test the brakes because clearly he didnt trust the credited installer from TyreMart?
