Faulty Battery
with reference to my earlier complaint, please be advised that the loan battery is working well, and has not run down. If the electrical system on my car was faulty , then the load battery would have also run down. <br> Kindly ensure that I get a replacement battery as soon as possible.

We are pleased to have been advised that Terry Raman (Willard Rep) tested the battery in your presence on the 21st of November 2015 as arranged. No fault was found with the battery. This was explained by the Willard Rep.
Mr Terry Raman pointed out to the vehicle has a drainage problem as there were sparks noted when the battery terminals were connected to the vehicle whilst everything else is switched off. The voltage also dropped and a few moments.
Thank you for being patient while investigations were taking place, we hope that Mount Edgecombe Midas will be seeeing you instore again.
