Faulty Battery
We bought a car battery in December 2024 from Midas Middelburg and not even a month old the battery is giving us problems, they will not exchange the battery as the testing machine says the battery is flat, but it's in the car everyday, they want me to spend money replacing the bushes on the starter, but that is not the problem, so now my car's starter and central locking must first break before anything can be done, I must spend money for their products that are faulty.

Thank you for reaching out to us, in cases like this we always advice customers to check if their alternator is charging the battery because the store won't be able to claim that battery if the report kept on saying the battery is flat and need to be charged.
