Faulty Battery

I purchased a new Willard battery from Midas Mount Edgecombe at the Phoenix Plaza, in Durban on 1 May 2015. After 2 months the battery ran down . I took it to Midas . They checked my car and confirmed that the battery battery was faulty. Instead of replacing me with a new battery, they sent the battery to Willard to to charged . I collected the battery a few days later. It worked well for another 3 months and started running down again. <br> I took the battery back to them , and they refused to replace the battery and again sent it for recharging, insisting nothing was wrong with battery. The loaned me a battery that works well. <br> Midas called me to collect the battery and again insisting nothing was wrong. <br> They now do not want to listen to my complaints and asked me to deal direct with Willards. <br> As they battery carries a 25 month warranty, I require a new battery as replacement . <br> My battery is still at the store.<br>
