False Lifetime Warranty on Tools
Midas who claim to have a lifetime warranty on their tools fail to claim the tool I bought 2 years ago due to me not having proof of purchase.
1. No one told me at the time of purchase that in order to claim my tools, I would need the invoice.
2. As a mechanic, I do not keep the proof of purchase as the companies name/logo is stamped on the tool.
3. No other tool company requires a proof of purchase when claiming a tool. All they do is swap it out.
I visited the Midas in Goldman Steet.
Please contact me with a resolution. I need my tool replaced asap.
