Exceptional service
I struggled to find the correct shocks for my Kia Sorento. The manufacturers of the parts could not even help me. After a couple of times, frustrated I eventually decided to try Midas. I contacted them tellephonically and Josh from Midas Menlyn picked up. Josh was an absolute star. Even after 3 attemptes to fit the new shocks that was incorrect... Josh kept on calling to check if I managed to get the correct ones. Josh made sure I got the correct shocks. Refunding the incorrect ones every time. He even made sure I got them at an exceptional good price. I would recommend you contact Josh for every part you need.
