I would like to formally acknowledge and commend the manager Ruan-Mida Gezina who handled my complaint with an exceptional level of professionalism, composure and integrity.

Throughout our interaction, he demonstrated the qualities one would expect from an effective and capable leader. He remained calm, respectful and solution-focused, even while addressing a matter that required careful handling. His ability to listen attentively, engage constructively and manage the conversation with professionalism was particularly commendable.

What stood out to me was not only the manner in which he addressed my concerns, but the leadership qualities he displayed throughout the process. He demonstrated emotional intelligence, accountability and a genuine commitment to ensuring that the matter was handled appropriately.

Effective complaint management requires more than simply resolving an issue; it requires the ability to make people feel heard, respected and valued while maintaining professionalism and organisational standards. He demonstrated this exceptionally well.

I would therefore like to extend my sincere appreciation and recognition for the manner in which he handled my complaint. His conduct reflects positively on both his leadership capabilities and the organisation he represents.
