****ed with Midas Pretoria north

On Thursday 2024-02-22 I bought brake shoes at Midas Pretoria North,the mechanic realised that they gave me the wrong brake shoes.On Tuesday 2024-02-28 I've returned them for the correct brake shoes or refund,one of the consultants at Midas refused to refund me bcz the box doesn't have the cover on top but the brake shoes are still in good condition. I show the consultant the receipts but he refused to give me refund bcz the box was torned,I used my bank card.I'm very angry because of the service that they gave me and I'll be stucked with the incorrect brake shoes and I have to spend another R500 to buy another brake shoes.
