DONT FOR TO MIDAS FOR A CAR BATTERY, YOU'LL REGRET IT BIG TIME

I purchased a battery at midas on the 3rd of December 2023. It only worked for a week and i took ot back. They said they had fixed it and blamed it on my car's alternator which has been fixed prior to purchasing a new battery. After getting it back for the 2nd time. The battery only lasted for a few hours and started leaking. I took it back hoping to get a new one but the cashier refused and blamed the leaking on my car. I ask to speak to a manager. He was called but when i voiced out that the battery is leaking, the cashier took back the phone and told the manager that it is not leaking. I called in another cashier and he comfirmed that it's leaking but still refused to give me another battery. Now I'm told to wait again for the battery to get fixed for the 3rd time. I'm starting to feel they're taking advantage cause I'm a woman. I paid R2200 for this battery but it can't even move a car. The manger further suggested that i should go to "lewis" to get the car checked cause they don't want to acknowledge the mechanic i used to fix the alternator.

I encountered the same leaking problem with a battery i bought at auto zone but they never gave me a run around like midas is doing to me. Stay far away from Midas Nzhelele, biaba brunch.

They don't even have a back up battery for me to use in the meantime. I'm juat stuck with a car with no battery.
