DON'T BY WILLARDS BATTERY FROM MIDAS THEY'RE SO BAD AND DEALING WITH STAFF IS SO RUDE EVEN THE MANAGER IS NOT HELP FUlL

I bought a Willard battery last year October 2022 because I was struggling with my old battery after buying it my car was okay early last month I started having a problem with my car again battery dying very fast I took it to my auto electrian he said I must check my tracker I removed the tracker but the battery is still dying yesterday I took it to midas wynberg they said this is not their battery because I was not printed they did test it says good and pass after that they said I must fit it back to the car we turned the lights on the battery was dead again the charging system in the car is fine I need my money or a new battery. They said this battery is not printed that not theirs who's fault it that they didn't print the number on my battery

Thank you when you going to get back to me and you must investigate this Ntshavheni guy he's so rude and arrogant I'm in this mess because failed to do his duties and he's still have a nerve to tell me many people tried and failed

I can't go there and be given 10% a discount for a battery that is still under warranty your guys don't even apologize for not accept they mistake that this stupid sales person didn't make the battery you're also bias this matter is not over I need my refund and take you good and pass 100 battery

Who checked the battery from willards you believe everything they says willards reply because they said he cames on Monday I went there on Tuesday don't worry you will give me my money back know my rights if we need to go to court we will do that you must stop bullying people I won't buy anything from midas
