Dissapointing

Went to Midas Wierda Park on Friday to get 2 globes. First concern is that the globes were given to me loose and being handled using bare hands so the oils from the hands already reduce the life of the globes, I have bought the same globes before from another auto parts store and it was well packaged and clearly states do not touch the globes and include a small cloth inside the packaging, needed the globes so still took them, as I just finished to pay I was handed my globes and one fell out of my hand onto the floor while still at the paypoint, the lady at the till just looked at me, I asked can I get a replacement and she said I need to buy a new one, I am sorry but why should I if this was not properly packaged from the start, staff is not friendly, and the prices differ from the Midas stores so how does that work as well, will take my business somewhere else, a place that has proper products packaged and good customer service.
