Disrespectful security officer

Today I went to Midas at Phuthaditjhaba, Free State. I am beyond disappointed to report about the experience I had with the security officer at the door. As I was filling in my details at the door so that I can be screened and sanitized, I humbly asked the security officer if I’ll be allowed to enter with the plastic bag I was carrying. In the bag was items I had bought at another shop. The items were similar to the ones they also sell, so I was trying to avoid any complications, even though I had a receipt from the shop I purchased my items at. She showed me where to put my bag, seeing that the spot is not safe cause she was outside helping with the screening of customers , I asked her if my items won’t go missing. Instead of assuring me that my items will be safe she opted to shout at me by saying “ke mmatla matswele a noha” (which loosely translates to “I want her to show me snake breasts” which literally means that I’m asking her ****. She can’t show me where to put my bag and still expect her to assure me that my items will be safe. The manner in which she responded to me was unjust and quite disrespectful. This escalated to a point whereby people on the queue began reprimanding her and she still continued to argue. I pleading with Midas Phuthaditjhaba to train their on basic communication s****s and customer care! People should respect their jobs and not provide a service based on their moods!
