Defective battery

I bought a Willard battery last year 2023 in April at Karen Park. They battery is no longer working. It is defective, I need to be jump started all the time. Took my car there they tested the battery and it said Good and Pass. However I couldn't start the car, they did the jump start themselves. I was then taken by surprised when they refused to exchange the defective battery because they now I need to give them my battery overnight so that they can test it. They flatly refused to atleast borrow me thier battery while they were testing. On Saturday 17 March, my family spent hours in the middle of nowhere waiting for a AA to jump start them. They called the store manager on the day Mr Mahlangu as he is the person who can assist in terms of making a call regarding the exchange of the battery. He also didn't assist, sadly I was told that we bothering him since he is on his off day. I offered to purchase a new battery while the test the old one and asked if they will refund me, I was told that I will have to wait for a another customer to purchase it first.
