defect batteries being sold at four ways crossing branch

<p>new car battery purchased in aug 2016, already the battery is dead. i have tested my car to see if anything is draining the battery and nothing is and the alternator is charging the car correctly. After having the battery jump started and charged by driving the car, I took the car to the store, they tested the battery charge with which will obviously be fully charged considering I drove around aimlessly charging the battery. The store mentioned they cannot do anything. I want to know what must I do with a battery that was purchased less than 6 months ago from store and cannot start my car?Is it your company policy to sell consumers defunct products? The battery has a 2 year warranty why will the store not change it and send that battery in to be checked? How long has the battery being sitting in your store for before I purchased it? I have seen many complaints online and on social media about this exact issue I am facing, can any of you assist me here?</p>
