Complaint

I bought a starter at Midas Newton Park on the 9/12/2023 and the 23 /12/2023 my car didn't start so my machanic checked it out the whole starter fell out. 27 December I went back to them explained to them what happened and the guy from there they are refusing to replace it. Now he's shifting the blame and he says it's my car that is faulty
