Clearly too good to do business - slum area premises, slum area service

Simple parts enquiries take too long, most of the counter staff seem to be juniors or inexperienced (especially the clueless woman I was dealing with), junior counter staff trying to get the attention of the more senior staff are met with delays where the senior staff arrogantly ignore waiting clients. Paying clientele are not going to beg you for service, they'll simply go elsewhere. And if your staff can't even quote on the correct parts then you render yourself irrelevant. Especially with 4 competitors less than 1 kilometer from your slum area premises.
